Our default customisation options include: font type, font colour,
envelope colour and text.

Where do you deliver?
We ship to Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States at this moment. We'll ship to everywhere very soon! Stay tuned! We also welcome you to pick up directly from our atelier located at 7th Floor, 10-12 Shipyard Lane, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, please just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to arrange pick-up.
How much does shipping cost?
For purchases below HK$500, the shipping fee is HK$30 for local delivery. We offer complimentary local delivery in Hong Kong for orders over HK$500. For international delivery, please contact us at email@example.com and we will let you know the best prices for shipping.
When will I receive my order?
For regular orders, the usual turnaround time till ship-out is 4-10 business days. However, this may vary depending on the sales volume.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales of personalised orders are final and therefore NOT subject to cancellation. There will be NO refund for any custom order once it is placed.
Do you accept return/refund?
We print exactly what you send us. Unless the error or damage is on our part, we do not accept exchanges at all. Please keep in mind that we do not provide any refund due to the highly personalised nature of our goods.
However, we still guarantee the quality of our products. If, you have a reason to believe that a damage or defect is on our part, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date if the reason is proven valid. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
